"My fiance and I wanted to purchase our first home and didn't really know where to start in this process. Atia's knowledge and network was so helpful to us. We sat down to meet with her and to talk about our needs and wants in a home and she carefully listened to us. I knew Atia was good at her job, but I was honestly blown away after actually working with her. She was so patient with us, we must have seen over 20 houses if not more. When we wanted to make an offer on a house and decided last minute that the house would be too much for us to maintain, there was no hard feelings from Atia and she kept it moving bringing us to houses that were more likely to fit our needs. My fiance and I thought we had a good grasp on what needed to be done and what information we needed to find out and Atia was always five steps ahead of us. I remember telling my fiance that we should find out about something in regards to the property we were interested in and before we could even bring it up with Atia she had called us to tell us she had already gone to city hall and had sorted out. Her knowledge and patience and communication guided us through this long processes and kept us optimistic and excited no matter what obstacles came our way. We are finally in our house and couldn't be happier. This wouldn't have happened if we had a lesser person representing us and I will be forever thankful for Atia for getting us the house of our dreams.

"I believe very strongly in the timing of things and meeting people at just the right moment. I am in the process of going through a divorce and decided it was time to begin looking for a new place to live for myself and my boys. This process was not taken lightly as I had several factors to consider. I met Atia in Killingworth, she was showing me an apartment unit and quite honestly, I didn't think I was interested in working with a realtor.

After meeting Atia, I realized this process would be much easier with a realtor. The main reason I decided to work with Atia was her personality. I could tell in the first 5 minutes of meeting her that she was compassionate, warm and down to earth. Her background in Social Work brings a very interesting component to her Realtor job. She has the people skills and understands when someone needs compassion, even a hug. She also understood when I needed to be pushed along to make a decision (and do it quick).

Although we did not work together for long, Atia was exactly what I needed. When we found the condo in Clinton, she urged me to move quickly as it would most likely be scooped up quickly. So I did...even though I had things I needed to settle at home...I moved quick. I told Atia I had no idea how I would move in 2.5 weeks and I couldn't possibly schedule a move in date for May 15th! She insisted it was good timing for me and that I needed to trust.

Atia...a woman with good intuition...After I put down the deposit and told my husband I was moving out, I felt relief. Then I realized 2.5 weeks seemed like FOREVER. The idea of being out on my own in a positive space after living in so much negativity for so long, seemed unreal. But..it was happening! The countdown was on and what I realized is that 2.5 weeks was EXACTLY the right timing for me and my situation.

I have worked with realtors in the past and have never felt the human part so much in a person as I did with Atia. She just gets it.

I can't thank her enough for being patient with me throughout the process, we saw a lot of shit hole apartments..but the right one presented itself at just the right time...."
